- On new or renewing membership applications.
- When verifying membership information for inclusion in the membership database and directory.
- In member surveys.
How will we use the information?
- Announcements, Legislative/Regulatory Updates, Product Offers. The association uses contact information to communicate with our members. We use the information to provide updates on regulatory and legislative issues, provide informational announcements, and to communicate offers for products or services that we think will be of interest to our members.
- Association Membership Directory. The Association compiles a list of members and makes it available on its members only website. The member list generally includes the member name, address and primary contact information.
- Board and Committee Member Lists. The Association will make available contact information from those individuals who voluntarily serve on the Association Board and committees.
- Event Rosters. The association may provide attendee rosters for events, committees or sponsors.
- Association Preferred Provider Product and Service Promotions. The association will share members’ personal information with the Association’s employees, agents, contractors, and other partners who have a legitimate business need for such information or perform services on the Association’s behalf. Members are entitled to special offers for valuable products and services from the Association’s Affinity Partners. To facilitate these partnerships, the Association shares limited information, such as company names, primary contact names, office mailing address, telephone numbers, fax numbers, and company email addresses with our Affinity Partners. Our Affinity Partners are only permitted to use member information to communicate offers that are directly related to the products or services that they provide to the Association. Affinity Partners will not contact you for any other reason without our knowledge and consent and are further prohibited from selling, renting, or sharing member information with any other company or third party.
