A Legal Services Plan For Aviation Maintenance Professionals
Legal services are provided by Yodice Associates to qualified aviation maintenance professionals and offered in association with, but not exclusive to, individual members of the Professional Aviation Maintenance Association (PAMA).
The Law Offices of Yodice Associates will provide legal representation to an FAA-certificated mechanic, FAA-certificated repairman, or non-certificated employee of an FAA-certificated Air Agency.
The Yodice Associates MX PRO Legal Services Plan is available to members on an annual basis beginning January 1 of each year. The member is eligible for benefits upon Yodice Associates' receipt of the application form and Plan fee.
The Fee for participation in the Yodice Associates MX PRO Legal Services Plan is $150.00 per year. A discounted rate of $125.00 is offered to PAMA members.
The matter for which benefits are requested must arise from an event that occurred during the Plan membership year. If membership in the Plan is allowed to expire, Plan participants are still covered for enforcement actions based on events that occurred during the period of Plan membership even if members are not notified of the enforcement action and do not retain counsel until after Legal Services Plan expiration. Conversely, the Plan does not cover enforcement actions based on events that occurred prior to membership in the Plan or after Plan expiration.
