PAMA 2026 Scholarships are open!

PAMA, in coordination with its generous industry partners, has made available award opportunities for current and future aviation maintenance professionals. Awards are provided to current or recent aviation maintenance students and may be used toward the purchase of tools, tuition or other education-related expenses.

Eligibility requirements are as follows unless otherwise indicated in specific award descriptions, below:

• Legal U.S. residency
• Recent graduate (within six months), or enrollment in a Federal Aviation Administration part 147 school
• Current PAMA member (check the member list here).

Scholarship applications must include:

• A current or most recent transcript,
• Two letters of recommendation from an employer, educator and/or mentor
• A minimum 250-word essay on career ambitions​​

Please note: relatives of PAMA directors are not eligible for scholarship awards.
