Best advice for fresher from aviation school
I am a recent graduate and seeking for a full time jobs. It seems all my application got no response. I guess they ignoring me because of inexperience in this field. Feel frustrated and embarrassed to tackle this problems. Moreover, any resourceful tips for attractive resume! Any valuable advice??

I finished school in Dec 2011, got my certificate the first week of Feb 2012 and had two job offers in mid March, all with no experience. So don't worry about it. However, you need to be creative. Join all the associations, some are free and have member contact info, the most helpful tool in your search. Airlines are hiring, follow up application with email to DOM, it will get you notice.
